Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Value Analysis Consultant located in the Greater Hartford area, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work. The Consultant will lead value analysis initiatives to align products and services with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing data-driven financial analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to assess product recommendations, and advising on strategies that optimize operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional care standards. The role demands a balance of analytical and interpersonal expertise, along with a focus on measurable outcomes and collaborative decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Finance, with the ability to evaluate cost efficiencies and conduct detailed assessments.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and forming actionable insights.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Consulting with a track record of driving process improvements and implementing strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare or supply chain environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
