We are a fast-growing company specializing in high-quality construction and interior finishing solutions. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer to help us build new relationships and deliver exceptional projects across Egypt.


About the Role:


As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You’ll identify new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and present tailored solutions to clients across residential, commercial, and administrative projects. Your role will be key in driving growth and ensuring seamless project handovers.


What You’ll Do:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and end-clients.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight technical and commercial value.

Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends and competition.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project transition.

What We’re Looking For:


2–3 years of experience in sales or business development within construction, interior finishing, or fit-out.

Strong network within Egyptian real estate and contracting industries (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license is a plus.
