Inventory Coordinator

The Fall Creek Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels and investigating related discrepancies in our ERP system.
What you'll do at Fall Creek:
- Responsible for tracking and recording inventory movement across all US locations using our internal ERP and related systems.
- Coordinates inventory activities between nursery locations, outsourced partners, cold storage, and other locations.
- Organizes and reconciles the post-production of all farm inventory counts.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data in inventory management systems.
- Works to discover, investigate, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Assists with developing and implementing inventory processes and procedures.
- Assist with issuing Purchase Orders
- Helps maintain inventory levels of storeroom supplies and materials.
- Responsible for monitoring receiving at Homeplace nursery. Verifies shipments, resolves issues, and records Goods Receipts.
- Notifies the issuer that the received goods have been delivered.
- Assists Production Managers and Team Leaders to ensure all receiving at other US locations is verified and recorded.
- Coordinates with the Logistics Manager on the receiving functions at the nursery.
- Collaborates with Accounts Payable to resolve any variances with Goods Receipts and Invoices.
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of inventory control experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience working with databases.
- Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills.
- Collaborative team member, positive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work within established guidelines and follow through on a variety of requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Assures the highest level of confidentiality on sensitive matters concerning the nursery.
- Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company values, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience working for a nursery or other agricultural business.
