Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
- Follow up on customer requests, orders, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support operational tasks related to customer service activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience Required: 1–3 Years Preferred
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
