Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.

  • Respond to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within a timely manner.

  • Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

  • Follow up on customer requests, orders, and feedback.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Support operational tasks related to customer service activities.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience Required: 1–3 Years Preferred

  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

  • Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience using CRM systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
