We are hiring: Guest Experience Manager – ZOYA Luxury Residence 9.3 on Booking.com
ZOYA Luxury Residence, a 4-star boutique residence in Budapest, is looking for a full-time Guest Experience Manager to join our team.
This is not just a classic receptionist position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest relations, problem-solving, and creating a memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
The role includes:
Welcoming guests and managing check-in / check-out
Handling guest requests with care and professionalism
Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
Supporting reservations and communication with guests
Working with booking platforms, travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel partners
Ensuring high guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations
We are especially interested in someone who has experience in hotels, serviced apartments, travel agencies, tour operators, or online booking platforms.
As ZOYA is growing and preparing for future development, this role can also become a real career opportunity. The right person will be trained to take more responsibility and potentially help us manage the guest experience in our next property.
Ideal profile:
Previous experience in hospitality or travel
Excellent communication skills in English
Hungarian is a plus but not a must
Professional, reliable, and guest-oriented attitude
Strong sense of responsibility
Ability to solve problems calmly and efficiently
Interest in growing within a boutique hospitality company
