Your mission
- Build and grow relationships with agencies and media buyers in Germany
- Develop and close new business opportunities by pitching our demand-side solutions
- Keep your CRM pipeline organized, current, and transparent
- Attend industry events and client meetings to strengthen partnerships and visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the advertising industry
- An existing network of agency or media buyer contacts
- Strong organizational skills and experience using a CRM to manage pipelines
- A "hunter" mentality: ambitious, proactive, and focused on results
- A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, media buying, and agency workflows
- Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and other AdTech solutions
