We Are Currently Recruiting For Two divisional Director Opportunities:
- Divisional Director | Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS)
- Providing high-level strategic and operational oversight for a diverse range of mental health services.
- Ensuring the delivery of timely, effective, and compassionate care tailored to the needs of children and their families.
- Guiding a dedicated divisional management team to meet and exceed CHQ's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Driving operational excellence across surgical specialties and theater environments.
- Maintaining a focus on patient safety and the provision of high-quality surgical outcomes.
- Empowering your divisional leadership team to achieve organisational goals through clinical innovation and efficient resource management.
- Lead with Impact: Provide executive-level leadership that balances long-term strategy with day-to-day operational efficiency.
- Cultivate Excellence: Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement to ensure the best possible patient experiences.
- Drive Performance: Lead a multidisciplinary management team to achieve divisional accountabilities in alignment with CHQ's broader strategic framework.
