We are currently looking for a full-time Director of Creative Strategy.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Creative Strategy to help shape and sell breakthrough creative work for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Starbucks and Nike. This role sits at the intersection of creative and strategy—translating cultural insight into actionable ideas, guiding teams from brief to big idea, and confidently selling work to senior brand leadership.
You’ll be a strategic partner, a cultural translator, and a creative catalyst—equally fluent in always-on, real-time content and larger seasonal or campaign-driven work. This is a leadership role for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and deeply plugged into culture, trends, and the evolving advertising landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of creative strategy across social, digital, and integrated campaigns for Fortune 100 brands
- Translate insights, data, and cultural signals into clear, compelling creative platforms and ideas
- Act as the bridge between strategy and creative—shaping the work, pressure-testing ideas, and ensuring strategic integrity through execution
- Present and sell creative thinking to senior brand stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Guide both always-on, real-time content strategies and larger seasonal or tentpole campaigns
- Partner closely with creative, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life collaboratively
- Identify and champion emerging trends, platforms, and creative best practices
- Help build a strong point of view on culture, creativity, and brand storytelling within the agency
- Brief and oversee Influencers, Creators and Makers for brand creative and engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience working with Fortune 100 or similarly scaled brands, preferably within a creative or integrated agency.
- Proven ability to sell ideas and strategies to brand leadership and executive-level clients
- Deep understanding of social platforms, internet culture, and cultural nuance
- Proven track record of identifying the right talent partnerships for brands
- Experience leading Influencer, Creator and Maker Campaigns from start to finish (hands-on)
- Experience shaping both always-on content ecosystems and larger campaign moments
- Strong strategic thinking paired with creative instinct—you know how to turn insight into action
- Natural leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Passion for trends, advertising thought leadership, and the future of brand storytelling
- Fluency in AI-assisted research and synthesis tools to accelerate the front end of strategy—bringing speed and rigor to how cultural intelligence gets developed and applied.
- High judgement on when to use AI tools to accelerate strategic discovery and processes, but never as a substitute for your strategic POV.
