Day To Day, You'll
- Own end-to-end performance & attribution reporting across investment managers, asset classes and options—delivering accurate, scalable, well-controlled outputs with clear interpretation aligned to governance and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement—identify and progress opportunities for automation, efficiency, stronger controls and process enhancements informed by industry best practice.
- Partner closely with Investment teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and convert investment needs into fit-for-purpose reporting and analytics.
- Deliver system and automation uplift for BAU reporting (e.g., PEARL configuration/enhancements, testing and parallel runs), reducing reliance on Excel and leveraging SQL/analytics tools to streamline data and processes.
- Provide SME leadership and 2IC support—peer review, coaching, escalation for complex BAU matters, and coordination of competing priorities to ensure critical reporting deadlines are met.
About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g. Brinson-Fachler) and stakeholder-focused interpretation.
- Strong experience in investment performance measurement and attribution, either with an investment manager, asset owner, or a custodian.
- Experience analysing multi-asset portfolios and investment structures.
- Experience with data and process controls for performance and attribution (reconciliations, validation and documentation).
- CFA or CIPM (or working towards) is desirable.
