About The Role
Join an international project within the consumer finance sector in Braga as a Customer Service Representative.
You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, supporting them with credit-related inquiries and helping deliver a reliable and customer-focused experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts
Support customers with credit and account-related questions
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all customer interactions
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
Requirements
French: C2 (fluent/native)
NO ENGLISH NEEDED
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Previous experience in customer service or finance is a plus
Availability to work on-site in Braga
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: €930 × 14 months
Performance Bonus: €155× 12 months
Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day (net)
Transport allowance: €20/month
6 months contract
