This is an outsourcing position that provide onsite support for Alibaba Singapore.
About the Role
Work for the onsite HR service center in Alibaba Singapore, Response for the onsite support on all the HR service related issue for Alibaba oversea employees in APAC, Europe and U.S.
Responsibilities
- Staff on boarding
- Staff Off & on boarding
- Cross Boarder Transfer
- Within country transfer
- Document Management
- Document Request
- Verification letter
- Leave management
- Data Maintenance
- Business visa application
- Payroll and benefit data support
- HR related issue consulting
Qualifications
- 3-5 HR generalist work experience or HR service center work experience
Required Skills
- Fluent English is a must, strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, underscored by meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellence in roles that require an emphasis on client service, analytical reasoning, and advanced communication capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Fluent Mandarin skills is a plus
Pay range and compensation package
Salary range: SGD 4-6K/monthly
