Job Title: Managing Consultant

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting firm that partners with ambitious organisations to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful, real-world results. This is an opportunity to join a business where you will be empowered from day one to think independently, act with ownership, and make a tangible impact on both clients and the firm itself.

The organisation prides itself on a practical, quality-first approach—valuing outcomes over perfection, collaboration over hierarchy, and authenticity in every relationship. As part of a close-knit and high-performing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping client solutions, developing people, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently shape and deliver high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring impactful and pragmatic outcomes
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and operations
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, maintaining a consistent focus on delivering value
  • Contribute to the development of internal capabilities, bringing your experience to evolve service offerings
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, supporting the growth of future talent
  • Take ownership of smaller teams and workstreams, driving delivery excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6+ years’ consulting experience, with the ability to step into a leadership role quickly
  • Strong generalist consulting skillset, with experience across areas such as project/programme management, change, and technology
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid consulting fundamentals, including problem solving, data-driven decision making, and presentation development
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and run effective, outcome-focused meetings
  • A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Ambition and enthusiasm for joining a growing, non-traditional consulting environment
  • Experience leading or mentoring small teams

What’s on Offer

  • 30 days annual leave
  • Private healthcare
  • 8% pension contribution
  • Family-friendly policies
  • A vibrant and social culture including team events, learning sessions, and an annual company getaway
  • The opportunity to shape and grow within a rapidly scaling consultancy
