What will I be doing?
As ERP Support Analyst, you will provide day-to-day support for our ERP and business-critical applications, working closely with colleagues across the site to keep key processes running smoothly. You will diagnose and resolve incidents, manage requests, and help drive continuous improvement. This role forms part of the IT support rota and requires an on-site presence.
The Specifics
- Provide functional support for the ERP system and related applications, including incident triage, investigation and resolution.
- Log, track and prioritise tickets in line with agreed service levels, keeping users informed of progress and outcomes.
- Work with key users to understand issues end-to-end and implement practical fixes.
- Support ERP master data and transactional data quality (as applicable), including access/roles, basic configuration and reporting support.
- Assist with testing (UAT), change releases and documentation for updates, enhancements and new functionality.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties and internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. You will also be involved in many other projects and activities which include day to day support to users on our ERP system. Please note that this position will form part of the IT support rota which affords an on site presence.

- Experience supporting an ERP system in a business-facing IT/Application Support role (manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, finance or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to analyse symptoms, identify root cause, and communicate clear next steps to users and stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in the IT support rota, with the ability to be on-site to support operational teams.
- Confident communicator who can build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple incidents and requests.
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to seeing issues through to resolution.
- Comfortable working with operational teams on-site to observe processes, understand real-world impact, and ensure solutions work in practice.
