Classic Tube is the premier manufacturer of small diameter hydraulic tubing and hoses for the Automotive, Medical, Heavy Equipment, Military, Aerospace industries, and more. We are seeking a passionate, skilled Sales Account Manager who is a true automotive enthusiast to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead contact for customer accounts, managing relationships through regular communication, understanding needs, and ensuring satisfaction.


  • Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships while growing existing business.


  • Leverage in-depth automotive technical knowledge to provide tailored solutions, answer detailed technical questions, and support vehicle-related applications.


  • Drive sales through proactive outreach, quoting, negotiations, lead generation, presentations, cold calling, and closing new accounts.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, etc.) to deliver value, fulfill orders, and meet business objectives.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, identify new markets, and expand reach in the automotive aftermarket space.


  • Maintain accurate customer records, track contracts, and monitor account performance.


  • Provide outstanding customer service from inquiry to delivery in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of account management and sales experience.
  • Deep passion for cars and automotive systems; strong knowledge of automotive components, modifications, and technical applications.
  • Familiarity with automotive technical field, tubing, and ISO processes are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively in a small manufacturing team.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
