We are currently partnering with a well established, independent media and analytics agency on a search for a Vice President, Account Planning.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic, client facing media professional who thrives at the intersection of media strategy, digital innovation, analytics, and account leadership.

OVERVIEW
• Leadership role overseeing Account Strategy and Client Services
• Lead integrated omnichannel media strategies across traditional and digital ecosystems
• Partner closely with Media, Digital, Analytics, Programmatic, Ad Ops, and Business Development teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing stakeholders across national and local brands
• Drive strategic growth, team development, operational excellence, and client retention
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead senior client relationships and strategic planning initiatives
• Guide insight driven media and audience strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Oversee and mentor a high performing account strategy team
• Translate analytics and measurement into actionable business recommendations
• Contribute to new business development and agency growth initiatives
• Champion cross functional collaboration, innovation, and AI enabled efficiencies
• Own account health, profitability, workflow management, and organic growth opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
• 12+ years within agency and/or media environments
• Deep expertise across media strategy, digital ecosystems, analytics, and account leadership
• Strong command of omnichannel planning, audience strategy, and performance marketing
• Proven experience managing senior level client relationships
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and consultative communication skills
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands on when needed
• Experience managing multiple high priority projects within fast paced environments
