About the Role

To support rapid expansion across the Middle East, 3DISC is hiring a Commercial Director preferably based in Egypt. This leadership role is responsible for driving the overarching sales growth of 3DISC Products by leading regional strategy and managing high-level distributor relationships. The ideal candidate combines deep dental market expertise with a sophisticated commercial mindset and the ability to steer operations across multiple countries

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities through product demonstrations, training, and distributor support for 3DISC Products
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, dentists, and dental laboratories
• Actively identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
• Support regional sales strategy execution and market expansion initiatives
• Represent 3DISC at trade shows, congresses, and educational events
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage accounts and track sales performance

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in dental, digital dentistry, or imaging-related sales leadership roles.
• Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern dental markets and distribution networks, including key markets such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the broader GCC region.
• Professional Background: Background as a Dentist or Dental Technician is strongly preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the cultural adaptability required to lead across borders.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage a regional territory.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region.
• Linguistics: Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in additional regional languages such as French is a significant advantage.
