About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to support our growing client base. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue through cross-selling and upselling minor features. You will also support the broader account management team with insights, reporting, and CRM updates.
What You鈥檒l Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for add-ons and minor feature upgrades
- Maintain accurate CRM records for client interactions and updates
- Support the account management team with insights, coordination, and reporting
- Escalate customer concerns to senior account managers when needed
- Participate in product and feature training to enhance upsell effectiveness
- Build positive relationships with clients by serving as their first point of contact
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience in customer support, sales, or account coordination
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and progress into senior roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French is a strong plus
