○ Develop and refine strategies to align with evolving market conditions.
- Product Process Enhancement:

○ Drive innovation in product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Demand Generation Strategy:
○ Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and other relevant departments.
○ Optimize lead generation channels and processes to maximize quality lead flow.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
○ Identify and align new business opportunities with organizational goals.
○ Develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Team Leadership and Development:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in previous commercial roles
- Proven experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management
