Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, a strong background in Learning & Development, and solid exposure to the medical field. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and scale the telesales and sales teams to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Oversee inbound and outbound sales operations, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
- Design and implement sales training and development programs in collaboration with the Learning & Development function.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Establish and enforce sales processes, policies, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales performance, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Manage escalations and key client relationships to support business growth.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, telesales, or commercial roles.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or head role.
- Strong background in Learning & Development is highly preferred.
- Experience in the medical or healthcare sector is a must.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team development abilities.
