You will design, create, and maintain structured learning modules supported by written documentation and video-based training. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Enablement, you will translate real-world product usage into scalable educational content that reaches thousands of users across our global customer base.

You’ll Get To Take Ownership Of
- Designing, planning, and creating structured self-service learning modules across all product areas
- Developing written training materials and high-quality video content that support different learning styles and levels of technical expertise
- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Consulting to translate practical knowledge and best practices into effective learning content
- Ensuring training reflects real-world use cases, data flows, and integration scenarios
- Continuously improving materials based on product updates, customer and partner feedback, and usage insights
- Delivering instructor-led training on-site and remotely for customers and partners
- Contributing to the overall learning strategy and helping ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all content in the Lobster Digital Academy
- 3+ years of experience creating technical learning content, documentation, or training materials for complex software products
- Strong understanding of interface management, data flows, and data migration (middleware) concepts
- Practical knowledge of integration architectures, APIs, message-based systems, and data transformation
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, customer-friendly content
- Experience planning and executing end-to-end training initiatives
- Comfort working with both written and video-based learning formats
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with a Digital Academy or LMS platform (e.g. Document360, Skilljar, or similar)
- Background in B2B SaaS, middleware, or ERP/EDI environments
- Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, SAM)
