We’re working with one of London’s leading marketing agencies - recognised for brilliant, award-winning work.
Their CRM team is growing, and they’re now looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join them, working across two varied accounts spanning CRM, loyalty, digital customer engagement and multi-channel campaign delivery.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established, highly regarded agency at an exciting point of growth, with lots of momentum across the CRM side of the business.
You’ll be managing day-to-day client relationships, keeping projects moving and working closely with internal specialists across planning, creative, data and delivery to bring customer communications to life from brief through to launch.
This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities. You’ll need a strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing, along with the ability to manage detail, keep stakeholders aligned and support senior colleagues across briefs, presentations, timelines and campaign development.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, ideally from an agency background
- Strong CRM and digital marketing experience
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Confidence working with clients, internal teams and specialist disciplines
- Good commercial awareness
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
