Founders Associate (GTM)

The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world. In factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century.

MicroAGI is building it. We are the data layer for physical AI.

We are growing fast and the founders need leverage. As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on whatever matters most that week. That includes investor prep, partner diligence, hiring, and internal operations. You will sit in the most important meetings in the company and turn them into action.

What You Will Do

• Run projects end-to-end across functions: investor materials, partner diligence, GTM experiments, hiring loops, board prep.
• Turn calls, decks, and market data into short, clear summaries the founders can act on quickly.
• Take ownership of operational work that does not yet have a function, until we hire someone for it.
• Use any AI tools you want and automate as much of the work as possible.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup. Or a strong record from a top university and a clear reason to skip those years.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English. German is a plus.
