- Support rate readiness and production execution, helping teams hit schedule commitments
- Resolve shop floor issues using root cause and corrective action methodologies
- Identify and drive improvements to tooling, processes, and manufacturing flow
- Champion gains in safety, quality, cost, and throughput
- Represent Manufacturing Engineering on the Material Review Board (MRB), helping disposition non-conforming material
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

- Deep experience reading complex engineering drawings; strong command of GD&T
- Working knowledge of CATIA, NX, or similar 3D modeling tools
- Expert-level drawing interpretation plus advanced GD&T application
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or equivalent and 3D modeling tools like CATIA/NX
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- A continuous improvement mindset with comfort leading through change
- Work alongside elite operations talent and innovators from across aerospace and tech.
- Be part of a team moving faster than the industry standard.
- Shape solutions that are lower-cost, autonomous, and scalable — the future of aviation.
- Competitive compensation, including equity participation, growth opportunities, and full health benefits (health, vision, dental, 401K) designed to support you in and out of work.
