Client Engagement Manager

We are hiring for a full-time Client Engagement Associate role with first-year earning potential typically ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, with long-term income growth and residual income opportunities. No prior experience or degree is required, and we provide structured support to help you get comfortable quickly.

This opportunity is with The Dorne Region, affiliated with UnitedHealthcare and operating across 11 locations in 6 states. Our Chicago office is looking for individuals who want a polished, people-facing role with real upside and a clear process.

As a Client Engagement Associate, you will communicate with individuals who are seeking guidance around health insurance coverage and life benefits, help them understand available options, guide conversations toward next steps, and maintain organized follow-up.
