Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Chicago, IL, with opportunities to work from home part-time. The Marketing Coordinator will support campaigns, social, events, and manage various projects to enhance the company’s brand presence. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and account teams, developing promotional content, planning and executing events, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing strategies and materials. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to create persuasive content and foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in Sales and Event Planning to assist in driving marketing objectives and customer engagement.
• Strong Project Management skills to effectively coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and creativity, with a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and marketing automation a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a corporate or B2B environment is advantageous but not required.
