Job Description
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto within the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide high-quality support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services and products
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Fluent French
- Good level of English or French CV accepted
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Candidates must be located within 30 km of Porto
Monday – Saturday
07:00 – 19:00 (shift-based schedule)
Salary & Benefits
- 1020€ gross base salary (paid over 14 months)
- Guaranteed bonus of 100€ gross for the first 3 months (or higher depending on targets)
- Meal allowance: 9.60€ per day (net, meal card)
- Public transport reimbursement up to 40€ per month
- Welcome bonus: 150€ gross paid in the 4th month
