Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Motel Manager couple, based in Dubbo, NSW. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the motel, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing budgets and sales, supervising staff, and handling food and beverage services. Additional responsibilities include managing the front desk with receptionist duties such as reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. The Motel Manager couple will work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to provide an excellent guest experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to manage finances and improve revenue
• Background in Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality service delivery
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including handling reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate staff
• Effective communication skills for engaging with guests and addressing their needs
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle unexpected situations
• Previous experience in motel or hospitality management is a strong advantage
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance is beneficial
