Requirements
aEURc BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting and Bookkeeping Information Systems, Audit, Finance, Insurance, Banks, Business Management .
aEURc 1 year of previous experience in an accounting role.
aEURc Computer literate (i.e. MS Office, ECDL, etc.) mainly Excel & Word
aEURc Preferably basic operating knowledge on a financial software.
aEURc At least basic knowledge of one foreign language, preferably English.
aEURc Adaptability, resistance to stress, basic time management skills.
aEURc Discipline to follow instructions provided.
aEURc Ability to work at client premises.
aEURc Efficient verbal and written communication.
aEURc Team orientation to approach and work together with people.
aEURc Attention to details.

Responsibilities
The key tasks managed by a Junior Accountant Level 2:
Providing support for keeping the accounting records of the assigned clients;
aEURc Simultaneously serves a portfolio of clients of different sectors as allocated by the Senior / Manager in charge
aEURc Process the data entry for keeping the management and financial accounting
aEURc Prepare (for allocated clients) the monthly trial balances to be reviewed by by the Senior/Manager.
aEURc Assists/ supports clients on inventory activities, on their premises, as assigned by the Senior / Manager in charge
aEURc Keeps updated and complies on accounting and fiscal regulation changes based on the information and directions as provided by the company
aEURc Follows and organizes the daily activities as defined and prioritized by Senior Accountant/ Manager in charge
Statutory and management reporting
aEURc Assists the preparation of the Periodical statements regarding various aspects of accounting simple records (e.g. the evolution of various types of expenditure) and other reports under the guidance of the senior accountant/ manager in charge
Accounting controlling
aEURc Ability to perform appropriate analytical review on the trial balance to identify unusual variations in current month movements versus previous movements. (expenses, incomes, unusual transactions) and assist in the preparation of the financial analysis requested by the Senior / Manager/ Partner in charge
Payroll
aEURc Supports the associate/senior in preparing the payroll statements
