๐ What you will do in this role
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key retail clients, ensuring long-term, sustainable growth
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and product mix
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, aligned with company objectives and targets
- Plan and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Drive new product listings and optimize the product portfolio within key accounts
- Plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring strong visibility and return on investment
- Monitor contract performance, financial results, and in-store execution
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
โ What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG / food industry is a plus)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Business understanding of commercial KPIs and retail dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced digital skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced English & Romanian
