Product Operations Manager

BookOne is growing rapidly, and with that growth, our clients are becoming more demanding, quality-conscious, and operationally driven.

Operations is becoming one of the most critical functions within our hospitality tech ecosystem. This role is not just about coordination — it is about driving execution with clarity, ownership, communication, and modern AI-driven operational thinking.

Location: Navi Mumbai

The role involves:

• Gathering and understanding client requirements

• Managing deliverables and prioritisation

• Cross-team coordination and collaboration

• Client communication and expectation management

• Driving operational closure and accountability

We are into Hospitality Technology, so domain understanding matters.

An ideal candidate would be:

• An Engineer with an MBA background

• Someone who understands both business and technology

• Comfortable understanding code, workflows, APIs, and product logic even if not actively coding

• Strong in communication, structured thinking, and ownership

• Willing to travel across India and overseas based on business and client requirements

• Someone who does not start looking at the clock after 5:45 PM

This role reports directly to the CEO and will play a key part in scaling BookOne’s next phase of growth.
