Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Greenville, SC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth business functions across departments. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring budgets, implementing operational policies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves strategic business planning, tracking performance metrics, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

• Budget management, strategic planning, and operational oversight experience
• Knowledge of hospitality, food service, and brewery operations
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in relevant business management tools and software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
