Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Compensation:
- Paid training (8–12 weeks)
- Pay increase upon training completion

What You’ll Do
- Teach high-quality swim lessons to students of all abilities using WSA curriculum
- Support Emergency Action Plans and maintain safety standards
- Build positive relationships with families and provide welcoming, encouraging communication
- Assist with onboarding new instructors and contributing to a strong team culture
- Maintain consistent availability for scheduling and lesson coverage
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities
- 8–12 weeks of paid training
- Travel-related training bonus
- Signing bonus (lump sum after training completion)
- Leadership or management experience
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced aquatic environment
- Commitment to upholding WSA’s values: positivity, community, honesty, and empathy
- Willingness to commute to Appleton if needed
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
