Accountant

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an Accountant, based in our Oporto office.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounting documents (organization, classification, posting, and filing).
• Perform bank and third-party reconciliations.
• Support the Group’s invoicing processes.
• Prepare and submit statistical surveys to the National Statistics Institute (INE).
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
• Liaise with international accounting offices.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks.
• Ensure administrative support for the Finance Department.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience, preferably in a consulting firm and/or accounting office.
• Experience with SAGE X3 (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Results-oriented with proactive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
