Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support in French
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, maintenance, and warranty services
- Assist customers with booking service appointments, handling complaints, and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to deliver informed support
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential
- A minimum of B2 in English is required
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses will be covered
