Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support in French
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, maintenance, and warranty services

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to deliver informed support

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential
• A minimum of B2 in English is required
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively
