Senior Business Development Manager

Border Express is looking for a seasoned and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our state sales team based in Underwood and help shape the next phase of our growth story.

Location: Underwood, QLD

OTE: $170K

What you’ll do:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across our clearly defined target markets

• Build relationships with key internal and customer decision-makers and present value-driven solutions

• Hit (and exceed!) your revenue and profit targets – You will be provided with industry best tools to support and enhance your success

• Seamlessly onboard your new clients, that will be transitioned over to our Account Management team – So you can focus on making more sales

• Maintain your CRM and pipeline

• Collaborate with your internal stakeholders such as our operations team to deliver excellence

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of successful B2B solution-selling

• A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and convert

• Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer

• A self-starter who loves autonomy but thrives in a supportive high performing team
