The Role
Condor Software is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own and fuel Condor's growth. This is a high-impact, builder role — you will be Condor's first dedicated growth hire, responsible for creating and executing the company’s growth strategy from the ground up, with an AI-first mentality.
As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own the pipeline journey from lead through early-stage qualified opportunities. This is a highly cross-functional role for a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to get stuff done. You will build Condor’s growth strategy, establish its Marketing tech stack, and work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, handoff, conversion, and overall funnel efficiency.

- Experience with intent data and signal-based campaign triggers
- Experience driving growth via ecosystem partners
- Strong command of content distribution, repurposing, and social
