(Senior) Project Manager Brand Experience (all Genders)

Location: Frankfurt am Main

What You’ll Do

• Lead Projects: Own the full lifecycle—from scoping and budgeting to timelines, resources, and reporting. Keep projects on track and within budget.
• Build Client Trust: Be the go-to contact for key clients, managing expectations and providing clear updates and strategic advice.
• Coordinate Teams: Connect clients, internal teams, and partner agencies. Align strategy and creative deliverables for smooth execution.
• Ensure Quality: Deliver work that meets client goals and reflects our high standards.
• Drive Growth: Support the Director with proposals, identify account opportunities, and help maintain profitability.

What You Bring:

• Experienced Professional: 4+ years in project and account management within a creative agency—ideally in experiential marketing, live communication, or related fields.
• Proven Success: Track record of managing complex, high-budget projects for major brands.
• Organized & Confident: Exceptional communication and organizational skills; skilled at balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Creative Collaborator: Strong understanding of the creative process and ability to partner seamlessly with strategic and creative teams.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: Relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, international environments.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English required; German is a plus for effective client and team interaction.
