  • America’s largest inventory of material handler repair parts and major components
  • A dedicated training facility for hands-on instruction for parts and service technicians, operators and sales consultants

Description

The National Account Representative plays a critical role by promoting the sale of Sennebogen products with National Account customers by leading the company’s efforts to actively grow, maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. This position maintains communication between the dealer, and end-user for the benefit of everyone involved. Maintains existing and develops new customers.


Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute multi-year account plans for high-value national clients to increase market share across all product lines.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite executives and fleet managers, ensuring our equipment meets their operational KPIs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations for master service agreements (MSAs), volume pricing, and nationwide service contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with local dealerships and regional service teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and maintenance support across different territories.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and advise clients on future-proofing their fleets.
  • Participates in other activities that support Sennebogen products and the dealer/customer network as requested by the CEO


SKILLS, ABILITIES and Background Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record selling a broad range of heavy equipment and specialized products
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices in building new business, product marketing and sales
  • Proven knowledge in the areas of sales management, forecasting and supply chain fundamentals
  • Proven sales performer with excellent negotiating skills
  • Possess the ability to handle difficult and demanding situations and multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter and demonstrated follow up
  • Excellent verbal communications/presentation skills with proven ability to speak confidently and professionally in small and large group settings to internal staff and management and external customers
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write in a well-organized and concise manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop high-quality working relationships both internally and externally
  • Demonstrates high level of accountability and professionalism in all dealings
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to develop sales strategies
  • Thorough knowledge of the MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating activities with a variety of large teams
  • Strong planning and organizational skills including demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Physical requirements for this position include, but are not limited to scaling, climbing, lifting 50 pounds,
  • bending, and standing for long period of times


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial rental industries.
  • Proven Track Record: History of managing accounts and assisting with resolving service issues
  • Communication: Ability to pivot from talking technical specs with shop mechanics to discussing ROI and depreciation with a CFO/CEO.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 80% of the time to visit job sites and regional offices; must have a passport and clean driving record.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics to track fleet performance.
  • Live in/near or relocate to Stanley (Charlotte), NC
