Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Assistant, based in Boston, MA. The Admissions Assistant will support the admissions team by greeting families, managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, assisting with the admissions process, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students and families. The position requires regular communication with applicants, families, and staff, as well as contributions to the development and execution of admissions events and initiatives.


Compensation for this role is competitive, includes full benefits, and is commensurate with experience and skills. The position has a clearly defined pathway for growth and advancement within the Advancement Team and the school.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse community
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer Service proficiency with a focus on delivering positive experiences for prospective students and families
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage calls in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Familiarity with admissions processes or educational environments is a plus
  • Proficiency with office software and tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database systems
