Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role requires a well-rounded professional with strong systems, networking, and security expertise who can support both daily operations and long-term IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Environments
• Maintain and support Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, file servers, and print servers
• Troubleshoot and support networking components, including VLANs, firewalls, and connectivity issues
• Provide desktop and hardware support for end users
• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
• Oversee endpoint security, including EDR solutions and endpoint protection strategies
• Support and maintain phone/VoIP systems
• Plan and execute IT projects, including cost evaluation and resource planning
• Manage and maintain camera/security systems
• Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery processes
• Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple ISPs
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of IT experience, with several years in a Systems Administrator or similar role (Equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant experience will be considered)
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools and security best practices
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
• Experience managing backups and disaster recovery solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple ISP environments and failover configurations
• Familiarity with camera/security systems
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, or similar
