Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge to cutting-edge AI development. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs — and your clinical systems expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare technology, workflows, and operations.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your background in hospital IT and clinical systems in a flexible, fully remote contract role that goes beyond traditional support work.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate, test, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content related to healthcare IT
  • Review AI outputs covering topics such as EHR workflows, clinical application troubleshooting, system optimization, and hospital infrastructure
  • Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, and areas where AI responses fall short of real-world healthcare IT standards
  • Translate clinical and operational knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills
  • Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions
  • Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, task-based environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with clinical interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Background working across multiple clinical environments or health systems

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — set your own hours and workload
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Contribute to meaningful work that improves how AI handles real healthcare challenges
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
