TEMPORARY MISSION - 6 MONTHS

• Mission

Ensure the accurate and timely processing of income payments for all bank accounts while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations within the income processing function.

• Main responsibilities

Income Processing

• Process income-related transactions, including dividends, interest payments, and other distributions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

Reconciliation and Verification

• Reconcile and verify income transactions, ensuring correct allocation to client accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or exceptions.
• Manage market claims and liaise with external brokers and counterparties.

Client Communication

• Address inquiries from Relationship Managers, internal stakeholders, and external parties (e.g., custodians, issuers, agents).
• Provide updates and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Documentation and Recordkeeping

• Maintain accurate records of income transactions and related documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay informed on relevant regulations, industry practices, and internal policies
