This is what we need you for

• You take ownership of the global P&L for the Family/Party/StrategyGames subcategory: You are responsible for the commercial success and ensuring financial targets are met
• You develop and implement the global product strategy: You build a strong portfolio aligned with the global category vision, strategic objectives, and local business goals
• The management of the product lifecycle is in your hands: You oversee the launch, growth, and discontinuation phases of the global Family/Party/Strategy Games portfolio
• You determine product positioning (4Ps): You collaborate with international development and marketing teams to meet identified consumer needs and optimize product positioning
• It´s your task to conduct competitive and consumer research: You analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and consider regional preferences to strategically develop the subcategory

This is what you can score highly with

• You bring 5+ years of experience in product management, development, or marketing within the Toys & Games or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of delivering commercially successful products
• Your strong commercial mindset characterizes you and you are proficient in classic product management principles (4Ps) and portfolio management
• Your creative and strategic thinking, combined with strong decision-making skills, enables you to build and manage a commercially successful product portfolio
• You excel at inspiring and aligning teams across Product Development, Marketing, and Sales in a global environment, fostering collaboration, and driving results
