Essential Job Functions
- Set up jobs in Sage 300
- Create commitments in Sage 300 and send to vendors
- Create and distribute commitment change orders in Sage PC
- Ensure all contracts are signed appropriately
- Order COI/Bond (if applicable) for projects
- Verify General Contractor change orders
- Acquire invoices in Timberscan
- Code invoices
- Confirm amounts owed on Invoices
- Create RFIs as needed in Sage PC
- Create change requests as needed
- Create shop orders as needed and distribute to appropriate shop
- Notarize as needed
- Warranties
- Manage billing worksheets for Project Managers
- Monthly billings
- Assist in answering the switchboard and any other switchboard duties required
- Perform other duties as required by management
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), DocuSign, Sage Accounting Software
