Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop the program-level management team.
- Build strong relationships with contracted partners and position the Procare Unlimited brand for continued success.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics related to clinical operations and service delivery.
- Lead onboarding and operational rollout of new business acquisitions and program launches.
- Ensure all programs meet or exceed established budgets and revenue targets.
- Conduct internal quality control visits and quarterly audits within the region.
- Oversee payer and state reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in QA/QI and HRC processes to uphold client rights and support continuous improvement.
- Develop and submit clinical field updates for policy and handbook revisions.
- Evaluate Regional Managers and Program Directors across the footprint.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare; HCBS experience strongly preferred.
- Substantial P&L experience required

- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams.
- Understanding of ISP implementation, task analysis, and goal writing.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and third-party billing requirements.
Base pay is determined by work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may also include additional forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits first of the month following 60 days, and 401(k) eligibility after 12 months.
