Customer Support Specialist (French-speaking)
Location: Porto (On-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract: Full-time
About The Role
Join an international customer support team in Porto, assisting French-speaking clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to build your career in customer experience while working in one of Portugal's most vibrant cities.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality
- Native / C2 French + good English level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Base Salary: €1,020 gross x14 salaries
- Bonus: €100 guaranteed (first 3 months) + performance-based bonus after
- Meal Allowance: €9.60/day (net, meal card)
- Transport Support: Up to €40/month reimbursement
- Welcome Bonus: €150 gross (paid in the 4th month)
- Only local candidates (within 30km of Porto)
- No relocation support
- On-site position
