NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead our team in Chicago. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across our fast casual restaurant brand, ensuring that we deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

As the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our restaurants, working closely with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall performance. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing strategic initiatives that align with our mission to innovate and elevate the fast casual dining experience. With a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 annually, we are excited to offer a position that not only rewards your expertise but also supports your professional growth in a vibrant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor restaurant management teams to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all locations
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to drive sales and profitability
  • Oversee supply chain management to optimize inventory and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director or Vice President of Operations in the restaurant industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and management
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
