Property Accountant

The Property Accountant is responsible for the following:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- Track and analyze property-level financial performance.
- Ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance across the portfolio
- High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; property management software experience (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
- Must have previous experience in a Property Accountant role
