We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting core business operations. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable system designs across CRM, portfolio management, reporting, and operational platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, client service workflows, and technology ecosystems within financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, including data models, workflows, and SOQL-based data access
- Translate business needs into scalable, end-to-end system architectures across CRM, portfolio accounting, trading, and operations platforms
- Define integration patterns between enterprise systems, including APIs, messaging, and data pipelines
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements
- Design solutions that optimize the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, portfolio management, reporting, and billing
- Develop architecture documentation and ensure long-term maintainability
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Work across portfolio accounting, trading platforms, and operational systems
- Apply data privacy principles and identify appropriate use cases for AI within business workflows
- Guide implementation teams on architecture and design decisions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Validate delivered solutions against requirements and support defect resolution
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve system performance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise applications
- Experience within financial services (wealth management, asset management, or similar environments)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (data modeling, workflows, SOQL)
- Experience designing integrations across SaaS platforms and internal data systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs
- Strong understanding of business process design and systems thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, portfolio accounting systems, trading platforms, and investment operations tools
- Understanding of data architecture, reporting, and analytics platforms
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
Benefits:
