Head of E-commerce

On behalf of one of our clients, an international company Pharma sector with strong growth ambitions, we are recruiting a Head of E-Commerce based in Munich, Germany.

Head of E-Commerce m/f

Contract: Full-time, permanent position

Your main mission: drive the commercial development of the e-commerce channels, manage strategic key accounts, identify new digital growth opportunities and strengthen online performance.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Developing and managing strategic B2B e-commerce

✅ Identifying and acquiring new online partners and digital platforms

✅ Optimizing product visibility, conversion and digital activation

✅ Leading negotiations, forecasts, budgets and growth plans

✅ Collaborating closely with marketing, supply chain and sales teams

We are looking for a performance-driven commercial professional with minimum 5 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, ideally within Pharma, healthcare, or commparable regulated environment. You bring strong digital expertise and combine business development, key account management, team management and operational excellence. Fluency in English and in German is required.
